 EnVivo has an exclusive worldwide license from MethylGene, Inc.(Montreal, Québec; TSX:MYG, www.methylgene.com), to operate in the field of HDAC inhibitors for neurodegenerative diseases.

Partnering Opportunities:

1. A7:  EVP-6124 For the cognitive improvement of Alzheimer’s disease and/or Schizophrenia patients.

2. HDACi:  EVP-0334  As a cognition enhancing agent in neurodegenerative diseases with a potential for disease modification

In-Licensing:

EnVivo is currently seeking in-licensing opportunities in the CNS field that are in late preclinical or early clinical stage.
